The location is amazing, and the staff at the hotel are incredibly thoughtful, sweet, and fun to interact with. The complimentary drink from the bar and the cute range of books are a nice touch. The rooms are classy and spacious with a super comfy mattress.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The room was cozy and the amenities, such as a warm shower, bathrobe, and slippers, were a nice touch. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the Christmas festivities.

The hallway on our floor also appeared old and cheap, a bit off-putting.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, close to all major tourist attractions and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and directions to everything this city has to offer. We appreciated being able to check in early and the high-speed internet was a bonus. The newly renovated room we moved to was fab!

Delicious breakfast with outstanding coffee. Attractive room with minimalist decor, but some room for improvement with more convenient surfaces, hooks, and rails.

It is in the heart of the tourist area, allowing easy access to everything. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to choose from.

One downside is that the walls are thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to be heard.

We stayed here recently and it was fantastic - centrally located and easy to get anywhere. The staff were helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. It was great to have so many amenities available like room service, laundry, and the swimming pool. The rooms were soundproofed so we had a peaceful night's sleep.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. The location here is excellent, as it is right next to the main transport routes and within a few minutes' walk to many popular tourist attractions. The hotel offers a range of quality services, including room service, car hire, and a variety of leisure facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff were nice and polite and always willing to help with any requests.

Although the hotel was perfect location near the city center and metro station, the room was disappointing. The room seemed old and had multiple scratches on the walls.

We were actually surprised with the delicious breakfast options, including freshly squeezed orange juice and made-to-order eggs. Despite a noisy neighbor, the location was perfect and within walking distance of many attractions. we would recommend Regina to friends.
